Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or if you received the wrong merchandise, please contact us within 30 days of delivery.

Once approved, we will arrange for a replacement or a full refund at no additional cost to you.
General Returns (Buyer's Remorse & Exchanges)
If you changed your mind or would like a different style, you can initiate a return within 7 days of receiving your item by emailing bagandblink@outlook.com.

Condition: To be eligible for a return, items must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and in their original packaging.
